Katarina (or Kat as she is more known) comes from a strong government healthcare & recruitment background, working specifically in the healthcare sector for the last 14 years in both medical recruitment and healthcare program management.

Her experience in the healthcare industry combined with her passion in providing medical services to rural & remote communities allows her to do what she does best – working with and helping people achieve their dreams and make a difference to the healthcare in our communities.

Kat started Ozhealth in 2014 and she has never looked back. Based in Newcastle NSW and also spending 3 months a year in Melbourne VIC, Kat is always looking at new ways to reach out to people.

She also utilises her expertise in the way of consulting with healthcare professionals to start up new and taking over existing practices.
Kat has a strong business and entrepreneurial mind and is always looking for the next challenge thrown her way.

When she is not saving the world, she enjoys being a super Mum to her daughter Xanthe and spending time with their 2 french bulldogs, Lilo and Luna.

Zorica comes armed with a wealth of knowledge she accumulated over two decades of working in military, government and non-profit sectors. Prior to becoming Ozhealth’s Recruitment and Marketing Consultant about a year ago, she worked as a public relations specialist, digital marketing strategist, medical interpreter, military interpreter – to name just a few.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications and is always thirsty for knowledge so she tirelessly attends webinars and enrolls into online courses to learn new languages and keep up with latest in digital trends and in recruitment.

When she is not on the phone liaising with practices and doctors, she’s an avid reader, music lover, film geek and a heavy caffeine addict. She is married to an awesome bloke (who makes great coffee!) and is a proud owner of one very spoiled orange tabby cat.

Kirsten is our new biz whiz at Ozhealth. She is a Registered BAS agent, certified bookkeeper & is also Xero certified with over 8 years in the business. She started off as employee, working in accounts administration and then moved onto bookkeeping roles. Her aim is to empower businesses & alleviate the stress and confusion when it comes to the books.
When Kirsten is not surrounded by numbers, she is kept busy by two little rascals, also known as Jaxon & Mackenzie. Aside from being a mother she enjoys a night out with friends, plenty of coffee and doesn’t mind watching a game or two of rugby league.

Office Pooches

Lilo (black and white coloured) and Luna (brown coloured) are Ozhealth’s office pooches. They work part time and you can find then in the office 2 days per week.
They keep the team on their toes and are always there to greet staff and visitors with lots of affection. They are the 2 most valuable members of our team in charge of employees moral, always motivating and inspiring.
When they are not working, you can find them eating, sleeping or at the local park chasing the ball.
